Bee Reiz carpetsWe strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that online shopping can sometimes be a challenge, and that is why we offer a simple and uncomplicated return process for our handmade Eastern carpets.

Return period:
You can return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided it meets our conditions.

Conditions for Return shipment:
The carpet must be in its original condition, without traces of use or damage.
The product must be returned in the original packaging.
When returning a carpet, a copy of the purchase invoice or the order certificate must be enclosed.
Return for free:
We take care of the return shipment. Contact our customer service via info@heriztapijten.nl or call us on 010-4144002 to receive instructions.

Process for return shipment:
Contact: Let us know within 14 days of receipt that you want to return your carpet.
Packaging: Pack the carpet carefully in the original packaging.
Return address: Goudsesingel 214, 3011 KD, Rotterdam
Shipping: bring the package to the nearest delivery point as indicated in our instructions.
Confirmation and reimbursement: As soon as we have received and inspected your return shipment, we will confirm the receipt by e-mail and we will initiate the reimbursement.
Reimbursement:
Refunds are processed on the original payment method within 3 working days of receipt and inspection of the return. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take a few days before the amount is visible in your account.

Exceptions:
Tailor -made or personalized carpets cannot be returned, unless there are defects or damage on arrival.
